FOAM ROLLING: Upper-Back and Heart Opening Routine

A Foam-Roller is a great tool that can be used to open up the back, chest, and shoulders. Below is an at home routine that you can do at any time.

Foam Rolling can be intense so its great to start off with a small amount of movement to get blood flow to the areas you wish to roll out, then start to flush those muscles through foam rolling.
