One-on-one Instruction

There are so many benefits to practicing yoga, whether your intention is to lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, or reduce stress you can achieve this by the practice of yoga. While attending group classes is great for building community, fellowship with like minded individuals, and fun to attend, there is something special about having a private yoga lesson.

I currently offer private and semi-private yoga sessions in Chicago for those who have unique needs, specific goals, or those that are recovering from or nursing an injury. Yoga sessions can be scheduled once a week or twice per week and include the following:
  • First- time consultation
  • Complimentary Tadasana Analysis (Detailed Posture analysis)
  • Customized Yoga Sequence based on students goals and intention
    • Updated and revised as necessary
  • Yoga Mat, Blocks, Straps, Bolsters, and blankets provided for lesson
    • I bring any necessary props needed for the session so the student doesn't have to purchase all of the items
  • Hands on adjustments
  • Techniques for fitting yoga into daily routine and activities, and suggestions for easily incorporating what you're learning into everyday life
Cost of investment:

$60/ hour in-home private session
     - For Semi-Private session (add $10 for additional student)

$200 - Package of 4 60 min private sessions*

$270 - Package of 6 60 min private sessions*

$320 - Package of 8 60 min private sessions*

*ALL sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the purchase date
